From my experience off-roading there isn't much difference between the strength of a unibody and body on frame, but that depends on how well it is built. The biggest diffidence is in repairing and modification.
On the weight side a unibody will be lighter, it is conceivable that the single motor Cybertruck could be in the 4050-4930lbs of the F150, figuring a battery pack at about 1200lbs.
