This is what I skeched about a month ago for minding the rules .
Use an extended cab short bed. This wluld alow moving the seat back to give me some leg room . Then mod the floor to form the duct through the front bulkhead.

The part above the open tailgate is the Bonneville spoiler.

The duck face to the right is a front view of the truck . The blue mock up was a twin flat bed sheet, to give me an approximation of what the shrink wrap will look like.
What I see as ideal would be to turn the contour inside out. A shot without the CAD hood scoop it is aloud 11"tall at the center line and 11" eather side of center.

What the inside will look like when the wight pice is finished.

7°taper=9:1. 3-6"R at the IC core.
