New rear door, as a guess around 3kg but will weigh before it gets glued on. Over the holiday I hope to get that done and the other side. I idealised for 1500g but it is stronger than needed so might go for 5 sheets 200g on the passenger side, or maybe 4 with some 1" pillars. That is more time consuming and I dont have much time off so I think 2.2kg will be it. With stucture I think the weight can be around 40% off compared to a thick main wall, even with a curve to it
It should loose 38kg all together with both doors and maybe 1.5kg of brackets and rubber trim
