Had to google the width of a tahoe and mirage. Tahoe was 195cm and mirage 167cm,roughly.
Great idea though to use a "real" air dam but maybe from a smaller car?
Also, the price difference is presumably huge between diy and the other option, EVEN if bought from a scrapyard.
