Additional warming in the Arctic (world's fastest-warming region) will further exacerbate the polar jet, which will further exacerbate the jet stream, which will further exacerbate unusual spatial and temporal distribution and magnitude of precipitation and heat/cold; which could further impact warming and drought which produce the fuel for the existing wild/bush fires we're experiencing.

The left are running a campaign to have the PM and government overturned (sound familiar?) while complaining that its not solving the fires by acknowledging Climate Change. Australia top twitter trends are #climateemergency #dismisstheprimeminister

They think the fire are due to climate change and the government should be waving its magic wand to reverse it.

Problem is:

“ There are, on average, 62,000 fires in Australia every year. Only a very small number strike far from populated areas and satellite studies tell us that lightning is responsible for only 13 per cent. Not so the current fires threatening to engulf Queensland and NSW. There were no lightning strikes on most of the days when the fires first started in September. Although there have been since, these fires – joining up to create a new form of mega-fire – are almost all man-made.” https://www.smh.com.au/national/arso...17-p53bcl.html

“ Dozens of fires continue to burn in the states of Queensland and New South Wales, where more than 50 people have been charged with arson since August. Another 150 suspects are being interviewed by investigators.

More than 2 million hectares of land, including vast areas of forest, have been scorched in eastern Australia’s bushfire crisis. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed, and six people have died.

The Australian Institute of Criminology has estimated that around half of the nation’s bushfires are either arson or suspected arson.

Most offenders are male. Many are children. Some have been the victims of sexual or physical abuse, while much work has been done to explore the motivations of adult firebugs.
...
These fires are from miss-management of the land due to new green policies stopping controlled burns, they are being lit mostly by arsonists - which you must also believe some are eco-terrorists who want to prove the climate change agenda with a problem - reaction - solution debate rather than just all being fire bug fetishists. Of the firebugs most of them fit the profile of your average leftist.
