The only people blaming "man made climate change" are how can I put this a nice way, uneducated and maybe even a little crazy.

It's unfortunate that scientists do not fully understand the polar night jet,however,they do believe that global warming produces more energetic Rossby-Waves which propagate upwards above the troposphere,affecting the jets stability,and the Jet Stream's stability as a byproduct.
