It doesn't sound awesome to me because it is in Southern California. A failed state.

Summit Structures of Oregon. Seismic requirements can't be any worse than the Oregon coast. They quote (for my ZIP area) $20K for a 240sq ft tiny house shell, delivered, with warranty. Add $1K for Ikea cabinets and $4K for appliances and a mini-split heat pump.
