If you haven't found the gloss level you are looking for, try Prismatic Powders. They have a wide selection of black powders with different gloss levels.
Don't use any Epoxy or Hybrid powders, as they are not UV stable.
I'm waiting for a couple "swatches" from Prismatic to match my '70 Honda frame paint, which isn't a 100% Gloss Black - more like a 85 to 90%.
