It shows Entry Door Replacement | Steel at 96.6% in 2014 and 101.8% in 2015, so I probably saw this 2014 - 2015. I do not have any idea why the data differs from Zillow, but this is pretty thorough. It breaks up the U.S. map into nine regions and then you can select major cities--if you sign up.

Edit: Zillow doesn't collect their own data, they use hw.net, so why are the results different?
