The video maker throws the Tesla in there because... clickbait. Putting anything good/bad Tesla in the title gets you paid on youtube. You should try it, "can a Tesla out drift a limo in reverse?" Then put big 'Tesla Fail!' Or 'Tesla explodes!', or 'Free Tesla!' In big red letters on the opening screen. 100,000 views guaranteed.

Presently,in California,Tesla owners are towing the Bowlus Road Chief Lithium,at 65-mph,and returning up to 200-miles range. With the 1980 NASA mods, plus wheel fairings, that improves to 316-miles range with the Long Range Model-X.In the top-tier Cybertruck, that would be 632-miles.If nothing else, there are State Parks with trailer hookups and 220-230-VAC power, where one could drive non-stop to their destination, then recharge for the non-stop trip home. And they do have Cajon Pass,a 7%-grade,but it's only 1.5-miles.Cybertruck would just shrug that off.I'm not seeing issues like others. The other thing is,that around 95% of pickup owners buy a truck as a fashion accessory. They never carry. They never tow.TFLcars.com has identified a problem which doesn't exist for 95% of the pickup-owning population.
