My understanding the Tesla was primarily interested in dry electrode technology from Maxwell. Tesla's Battery Day is slated for some time in April, so hopefully that will answer some of our speculation.

The video maker throws the Tesla in there because... clickbait. Putting anything good/bad Tesla in the title gets you paid on youtube. You should try it, "can a Tesla out drift a limo in reverse?" Then put big 'Tesla Fail!' Or 'Tesla explodes!', or 'Free Tesla!' In big red letters on the opening screen. 100,000 views guaranteed.

Presently,in California,Tesla owners are towing the Bowlus Road Chief Lithium,at 65-mph,and returning up to 200-miles range. With the 1980 NASA mods, plus wheel fairings, that improves to 316-miles range with the Long Range Model-X.In the top-tier Cybertruck, that would be 632-miles.If nothing else, there are State Parks with trailer hookups and 220-230-VAC power, where one could drive non-stop to their destination, then recharge for the non-stop trip home. And they do have Cajon Pass,a 7%-grade,but it's only 1.5-miles.Cybertruck would just shrug that off.I'm not seeing issues like others. The other thing is,that around 95% of pickup owners buy a truck as a fashion accessory. They never carry. They never tow.TFLcars.com has identified a problem which doesn't exist for 95% of the pickup-owning population.

I bet you an unloaded Cybertruck never sees 632 miles of range and you really think somebody's going to be able to tow a camper 632 miles?
I do a lot of camping and I haven't stayed somewhere with even a 15A 110 outlet in 3 years. Yellowstone park for example has about 2200 sites total and only 340 have power. Those 340 don't allow pop-ups which would be the one camper an EV has a chance of moving a fair distance. Those 340 also are at the worst campground in Yellowstone, It's like staying in the Walmart parking lot. There is nothing to do at the actual campground so you need to use the truck to go and see stuff, therefore no opportunity to let it sit and charge which would take days on the 20a 110v they provide anyway.
Now using a diesel to haul a big toyhauler with 2 Arcimotos in the garage would be the bomb!

Yellowstone is beautiful off season, just stay in a “hotel” and don’t expect to camp.

One of my most favoritest books (packed away in some box with the others) is YV88. Published in 1977 by Sierra Club Books, it was about the Yosemite Valley in 1988 subtitled 'First they took out the roads...'

The only interior illustration DDG finds is:
http://www.yosemite.ca.us/library/yo..._1990_fall.jpg
[note the 1990 cover date]
Basically it's a light rail spank- scrapbook. Filled with illustrations of an American Craftsman-style hotel built bridging the rail line, camp shelter and hand carts. IIRC the flow chart for an off grid house's utilities was on page 71.
edit:
I know it's not about Yellowstone. Still struggling with my Cyberhouse. Need to bend software to my will.
