From what I understand, the warming will drive evaporation, increasing available water vapor. The warming Arctic will deform the polar jet, which will,in turn, deform the Jet Stream, which will affect the hemispheric distribution of moisture. Some areas might experience drought and desertification, while other regions experience atmospheric rivers, massive rain events, blizzards, flooding and whatnot.
Of great concern for some will be,early snowmelt, and the turning off of area streams, rivers and lakes. I don't think the regional stuff like this can be modeled accurately at annual timescales.Dicey!
