This is why we have engineers and laws.
Looks like no attempt at weld prep was made and welds look like bird poop and will hold as if they were bird poop.
Anyone who says they can weld through paint is a dangerous idiot.
That harbor freight trailer was only made to hold around 1,100lb, that house has to weigh at least a ton.
At the very last the tires will shred at highway speed.
