Put the 2 better Cooper Tires on the front and the other 2 good ones on the back, 185/65/14 Cooper on the front and ??? 175/65/14 on the back. might switch them around to see if the other tires have less road noise.
My brother drove the car around today and got 33MPG last year same trip he got 27MPG

You got the rear drum brakes, too? They fit our Civics but they are aluminum and therefore much lighter.
