Yeah, lots of problems with my idea. Maybe people that are better can get travel papers from their doctor after they had been confirmed to have it, and then confirmed to have recovered.

My dad just mentioned that he feels badly for burglars now that everyone is sheltering in place. Business for them must have plummeted, and the government should provide some warehouses with loot to plunder.

That got me wondering, spanging (asking for spare change) on street corners has probably dropped to nearly zero, so how are meth addicts getting by these day? Perhaps this will have forced some people to detox from addictions?
