So in your mind zoning laws don’t apply? He has had 300 days to fix this issue

My Grandmother’s second husband got into a similar despite with the county over his septic system which was too close to the lake. After enough nights in jail he redid it to code.

EDIT: He built his shed on land he doesn’t own.
