March 22th - GM has supplier selected and deliver commitments for 95% of the parts
March 24th - GM and Ventec have a contract for GM to produce ventilators for Ventec as a subcontractor.
March 25th - FEMA says they need more time to look at competing bids
March 26th - Trump tells Sean Hannity that he doesn't believe 30,000 to 40,000 ventilators are needed
March 26th - The media reports that the White House cancelled a press conference to announce that the Federal government will buy 80,000 ventilators made by GM
March 27th - Trump attacks GM claiming they are wasting time and trying to rip of the government so he is invoking the Defense Production Act to force them to make ventilators.
March 29th - Trump: "General Motors is doing a fantastic job. I don’t think we need to worry about General Motors”
