I mean, I do know how people manage to wreck when there's no traffic. My sister crashed while driving a straight and familiar road on a sunny day. She rolled the Camry 5 times. She was paying attention, driving the speed limit, and this was before cell phone distractions (according to my mom who was a passenger). It was all a result of losing control after over correcting what should have been a minor correction in lane position.

... brings me back to my point of eliminating the bottom 10% of drivers. My sister drives a Forerunner for safety, even though she's going to be the one causing the accident. She once rear-ended a car that was turning because "he was taking longer to turn than I was expecting".
