Dr. Campbell's latest update speculates that somewhere between 2-3% of the population has antibodies for Coronavirus and are potentially immune. Significant spread and burden on healthcare is likely until 60% of the population has the antibodies. That suggests we're nowhere near over the hump on this thing.

Other points he brings up is that 33% of all deaths are attributable to Coronavirus.
Care homes have seen a doubling of the rate of death.
Hospital death rates are up 72%.
At home deaths are up 50%.
