The amenities in parks are off limits (eg. playground equipment, gazebos, picnic tables), but all pathways remain open and local health officials are encouraging people to use them.
My routine hasn't changed much (have been WFH for decades, and am mostly retired anyway), but I've added more walking anyway.

Same here. I'm seeing 3-4 times the number of people walking or running around our neighborhood.
Including me. I used to walk at work during lunch but now my wife and I are running or walking twice a day just to get some exercise. The downside is at work I walk about 8K steps a day even without the lunch walk. At home that drops to about 800. Net effect is I walk less working from home.
