Insted of .33% go .447%=12.01", 2nd hand store kid bike to go scale, or go full scale with 26"ers if you wanted trunk space you could use 12" pop up tent trailer tires for the front. Then when you get the bike and relocate the monocoque simply turn it around and hitch it to the back of bike with locked out or compassion stearing as your Oregon <1500lb free utility/garden trailer.
I meant minimal running gear/structure for a tadpole a simple T frame with stub spindles bolted /clamped secured and a hollow interior.
Dont ask for all there desine secrets,just 3d locations of key bars in relationship to the axel pins So that you can locate youre bolt holes.
