Nope need to be a slum lord. If you try to provide nice rentals by buying $75,000 to $120,000 homes people will just destroy them. Buy a shart hole for $20,000 and charge 50% to 75% rent for what the payment is on the far more expensive houses.
Our first rental house has just about paid for its self in 3 years.
Or you buy an expensive home for you and take care of it.
Beats renting.
