Hi thanks for the reply, the tensile strenth is 5 times higher, however the issue would be strain strenth, also like you say compressive strenth is compromised. 50% would ensure 0 flex. I will keep them steel, I've figured a way to make the exhaust mainly from titanium without welding. This saves way more weight and lots of time without any calculations or risk.

also as mentioned by others reducing the radiator size and such, there are many larger items easier to fabricate to replace with less structural significance
