They are in the same drug family, tonic has 83mg,
You need at least 500mg to become medical
Neither form has been shown to cure corona
Taking zinc and vitamin C (and tonic if you like the stuff) does reduce the intensity and duration of all cold and flu symptoms Regardless of strain
When taken in advance of infection meaning That taking vitamin C and zinc in normal amounts certainly does not hurt you but it doesn’t stop infection, merely reduces the duration and intensity when taken before and during infection.
Quinine which is a very weak Natural cousin of chloroquine affects zinc uptake which does affect coronavirus symptoms.
Nothing about the above is anything new,
Not like good lord zinc and vitamin C shorten virus symptoms, good Lord we only discovered that 150 years ago!
