They worked on the Evo, but that was with extensive wind tunnel testing and lots of minor adjustments to placement until the right effect emerged. You could experiment with the magnehelic gauge procedures Julian Edgar has been playing with. Search for him on this site. You might learn to adjust your placement of the tabs on the basis of the pressure readings, which might be more helpful than tufts.
