Who knows, the support strips turned out to be 3g each so thats pretty good so 1651g plus glue, paint and filler. I don't really have a final vehicle weight or mpg goal just to reduce the parts I can. There will be alot under the bonnet I can do but thats all framed up right now. The wheels will have to wait until next year but will be easy, just to make one mould.

There are no plywood doors, that was part of a mould creating process and are non-structural panels. The front doors will be x axis 1000g carbon fiber and 1000g 1000d kevlar with kevlar impact bars. I estimate to be 13kg and I'm thinking of no window winders so maybe less

by x axis I mean the cross section laminate thickness
