Well,
after just over a week of the wheel covers I can confirm,
no major improvement!
Actually my mileage has declined a bit
but I have been doing some more back road driving than I normally do.
But on the positive,
The blacked out back wheels have gotten a bunch of attention,
and I've informed about 6 people about this site.
Maybe we will get more converts
