Beetle are routinely narrowed to bring the fenderline down. J-Bugs catalog:

The example shown looks to be 4" or more. I think it should have skirted front wheels. maybe bubble skirts.

Okay, yes, cars can be narrowed, but I don't want to deal with the suspension and chassis engineering I'd need to do to safely have a wheel with such a strong negative offset and not have it collide with anything.

Trekintosh is a portmanteau of Star Trek and the Macintosh computer. Back when I made my online moniker I was a big fan of both.
