That is a 1958 or 1959 Rambler American, with with an estimated 30 miles per gallon in 1958. Possibly manufactured right here at the old Nash Factory in Los Angeles. This one is parked on the street all the time near my neighborhood and has current (non classic, non historic) tags. It appears to still have original parts, such as tail lights made of some kind of Bakelite plastic so weathered at this point that cracks run through it like some kind of spider web tapestry. The dipped in rust proofing at the factory steel body looks clean.
I got a bunch more pictures.
