I have not heard back about the 2001 Civic. How bad do you think the 2008 hybrid is? Some claim that traction batteries do better the more they are used, which is allegedly why Teslas and taxis go for so long. 264,000 miles in 12 years isn't excessive?

Everybody knows that is 24,000 miles a year!

Everybody's favorite WatchJRGo bought an HCH and this one has the line "Confound it! The batteries are dead!" at the end of the intro:

He bought a 2004 for $1,100, but it had 9 engine faults and 5 hybrid ones.

He didn't figure out all of the problems:
