Aerohead, that list of future cars coming out is exciting. I looked a few up, "things are getting better all the time" as the Beatles once sang.
We'll have to see how and if consumers embrace them, and sales volume.
It's a certainty that designers know the fastback is the highest performance roofline in existence, but that doesn't necessarily translate to sales.
My brother installed a 50-amp charger for a client's wife's Tesla Model S. He owns, among other things, a McLaren Speedtail. Journalists couldn't have given this car higher praise. They liked the Rolls-Royce Wraith as well. But that same fastback roof on a Nissan Sentra might be met with journalistic hostility, citing 'wasted' headroom, 'wasted' interior volume.
The automotive universe remains a very weird and subjective place.
