Working on my electrical problem. The ECU harness connectors do not pin out as the FSM says and the wire color coding is not always correct. Nonetheless, my p0141 and p0135 O2 heater circuit codes appear to be caused by an open in the circuit control line from the ECU connector to the sensors.
Maybe finish the diagnosis on the VSS tomorrow.
