There's 3.5 inches of clearance for the air dam & skirts.
Haven't tested the skirts. I Googled it -- there's almost nothing that hasn't been tested in the Miata racing world for top speed and/or downforce applications. But I didn't come up with anything.
Perusing images of Bonneville salt flats Miatas, all have deep front air dams, but most don't have side skirts. (Though most are lowered much more.)
And yes, I realize it badly needs some fairing aft of the rear wheel! Probably even moreso because of the skirts.
