I finally got a 500+ mile fill-up in my Mustang today. And set a new commuting MPG record. I may have cheated a little yesterday afternoon by taking the "extra long way home" to ensure a 500+ mile fill-up, but it's all in the name of research and bragging rights. https://ecomodder.com/forum/em-fuel-...vehicleid=2691
501.1 miles; 14.689 gallons; 34.114 MPG. Not too bad for a 4-liter Mustang.
Tires are at 50 PSI (sidewall max is 51); My main hypermiling technique is DWB (Driving Without Brakes). I don't Drive With Load, Pulse & Glide, or coast (engine on or off). Nor do I draft. I may drift around corners occasionally.
