It's a fake pressure cooker, with only the loud idiots (on any extreme) making it seem worse than it is.

It's also superficial diversity. SpaceX has specific goals with specific skill sets that requires uniform thinking (engineering, science, etc). A range of skin tones and representation of both genitalia is uninteresting to me because it's entirely superficial with regards to space travel.

I'm with Sam Harris where these traits should be as trivial as hair color.
