I was making the reverse point, that a meritocracy can be 'diverse' tangentially. Anecdotal but I still like to see what
some people claim they want just fall out of the equation.
In other news, Chinese troops are being reverted to lower altitudes from the Line of
Actual Control. Indian and Tibetan troops were born at that altitude. China is the colonizer so they don't have anyone with the respiratory system upgrades.
