I never said it would work, running a normal ICE on hydro would never work without redesigning the engine.
I only linked to the PDF so that if people wanted to look at the scam they could without paying.
Anyway if you could generate hydrogen and store it, hydrogen fuel cells would be coming out a lot sooner, but hydrogen storage is the biggest problem and whoever solves it will be worth a fortune.
