I'm with SA on this subject; I give it a 30% chance of improving outcomes.
That said, Dr. Campbell's latest video on the subject talks about studies showing evidence of efficacy when taken in doses as recommended.
The thing is, aspirin is more dangerous, so there's virtually no downside, but a possible upside.
