Be aware that part of that path is wanting to
not be indoors. I'm thinking of Uncle Ray, he hung out at White Bird in the 1970s. Would only come indoors to make watermelon seed jokes to the pregnant women. Wound up rolled up in a carpet beside some sidewalk.
OTOH Archigram addressed homelessness in the 1960s with their Suitaloon and Cushicle.
