I haven't settled on a body shape, or anything.
With a 30% efficient engine and 95% efficient drive train you basically have a straight line between a 2727kg car with zero drag area and a massless car with .485m drag area to play with.

Allowed mass as a function of drag area: (kg and m)

There is a LOT more power in Gasoline over Natural or Propane gasses.
What does it mean for fuel to have power, and what are the numbers?
