I was dreaming up autonomous tracked robots with a shotgun affixed to keep gophers off the lawn in high school. My plan was to fix the angle downward to all but eliminate accidents, but one could make something less safe.

Flite Test has already had RC aerial airsoft battles. Human tracking and facial recognition are functions easily handled by cell phones these days.

Not that I wish to be right about this, but I would bet the first personal murder by drone will occur within the next 2 years.
