The trails gone cold but IIRC the CCP claimed they got if from the U. S. military at the 2019 Military World Games in Wuhan, because they didn't want to admit that the research that was being carried out at Ft. Meade (and was declared too dangerous and shut down) was exfiltrated, and bungled, by them.
