I think some people can't see much beyond the immediate, more tangible things in life that require attention. They don't "waste time" on abstract stuff. "Someone controls things anyway." Jerky people might call them "sheeple."

Then there's people that intake narrow and/or shallow information/viewpoints.

Some people can't handle challenging their beliefs.

Everyone is damaged. A small percentage of people lash out due to their issues.

They say we run mostly on less-than-conscious thoughts and feelings.

I'm going to start a thread on my biggest moral test: What makes it acceptable to bomb people and places?

And frankly, I think most people can't make a solid argument.
