That's right in line with my cost estimate based on a Prius. As I said, it's not too bad driving a tank for the cost of a Prius.

Of course, the Hummer won't be as "green" from a CO2 perspective because there is enormous entrained energy to build the enormous vehicle, and especially the huge battery pack. It might be more green than driving a normal Hummer, but not by much.
