You got me to look.
The problem with pizza pan is they're too flat. Maybe not aerodynamically, but optically. Any waviness will become obvious as soon as they are rotating.
I ran baby moons (Porsche Speedster) on my Type III Notchback. I watched a technician in a tire shop offer up the hubcap and tap it in the center with a Crescent wrench.
Just a little off-center so it would twinkle.
