So I know the answer is " It depends ", but in summary was the general concensus that the answer is " yea " , or " nea " ?
They have these sheds at my job.
Total crap.
I am one of the few people that could possibly live in a "tiny home " and not have too many gripes.
I would just add additional sheds on the property to store all my junk.
Tiny homes. Isn't that a fancy way of saying " lean-to shack " ?
Are single wide trailers taxed different than tiny homes ?
From what I'm told, the reason that tiny homes are not just glorified single wide trailer houses*, is the build quality.
But what advantage would a tiny home have over buying a trailrr house and basically building a house around it ( for example installing an actual home shower and toilet instead of trailer house junk. )
( *actually the single wide being much larger !)
