Maybe. Maybe not.
A trailer like the Bowlus clone have insane build quality. Most are factory build to some level of quality. Tiny homes are typically self built and vary in their quality.
I live in 256sq ft*. It's a good size for a solitary person, IMHO, at 8ft wide (better than a recreational trailer at 7ft wide). But a 10x24, at 240sq ft would be more livable, and a 20ft circle at 314sq ft would be ideal.
*Plus carport with 10x10 shed. I just added a 6x8 lean-to for garden tools and junk.
