This for your ‘99 accord?
There are little boards on eBay that you can solder in to disable the immobilizer. Or you can get aftermarket keys with chips in them copied to match the chip in your current key. And there are other ways of doing it.
If the power locks work, a fob could be a work around for your drivers door lock. I’ll let ya know if the $12 one I ordered works....
