Many part stores can make & program chip keys as well as locksmiths, but the issue is it takes a while for the timer to allow the new rfid number to get accepted as anti theft measure. I think O'Reilly does it. Locksmiths can make new keys from key numbers on the old original key.
I suggest some kapton painted in flourescent colors for a flag for those hide a key events.
