With tray off, looks to be full carbon fiber belly pan to the front.

Keep in mind this is an air-cooled Porsche, air comes in from the rear deck-lid sucked into a fan with a fiberglass shroud that covers the top of the engine bay, flows past the finned cylinder heads and usually exits out the bottom.

I believe the holes in the rear corners of the bumper is where the air now exits plus a slot at the upper license plate area, and at quite some pressure I assume.
